PayerMesh
The payer-side CMS-0057 compliance platform, from the team behind SignalEDI and MandateConnector — for payers: Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid/CHIP MCOs, QHP issuers, and the TPAs that serve them. It isn't ready to evaluate yet — and we don't publish feature claims, pricing, or timelines until they're real.
What we can say today
- PayerMesh covers the payer side of the CMS-0057 mandate. The workstreams in development or planned — none shipped yet: Patient and Provider Access APIs, Payer-to-Payer bulk exchange, CRD hooks + DTR questionnaires, an SLA engine with decision-turnaround clocks, metrics and public reporting (CMS reporting), and a conformance self-testing harness.
- PayerMesh launches when those payer-side workstreams ship. Until then it is interest/waitlist only — we make no availability or capability claims.
- It builds on the same platform foundations as the rest of the family: tenant isolation, audit trails, and AI-assisted operations by default.
- It sits alongside MandateConnector (the provider/submitter-side prior-authorization rail) and SignalEDI (the EDI/API application).
- We're open to design-partner conversations while the product takes shape.
If you're on the submitting side of prior authorization — a provider organization, RCM team, or submitter vendor — MandateConnector is available today in early access, built on the SignalEDI platform as PA Bridge.
